I have recently conducted my Biology SL IA experimentation and now I am in the process of writing my conclusion and analysis. My topic question was something along the lines of "what is the effect of x concentration of essential oil on bacteria growth"- I basically just put essential oils on filter paper and stuck them on bacteria, and recorded the zone of inhibition using Kirby-Bauer method. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what kind of statistical tests that I should do in my statistical analysis section??
