we all say from time to time, some more often than others, that we hate IB or that it's killing us.

but when asked why we still do it or why we don't quit we quickly deny any desire to leave.

i think it's just a mixture of Stockholm syndrome and masochism.

Haha so true

Part of it for me is that I personally chose the program, and quitting would be like stitching a scarlet letter on all of my shirts. It's perpetual self-motivation. And seriously, we love to whine. It's quite therapeutic if used moderately haha
