YES. Percentage error is quite different to percentage uncertainty. Pecentage error shows how far you were from the literature value, while perentage uncertainty shows in what range your experimental value actually is. If the literature value falls within your percentage uncertainty, then you can conclude that you had no systematic errors (assuming 100% yield). HOWEVER, you do still need to mention that.
