How can Prisma improve the motivation of its cashiers using Herzberg’s 2-factor motivation theory

prisma is a supermarket about where i am and i have conducted a questionnaire to chekout cashiers of two representatives of this chain of supermarkets.

Now i know from the chains previous research that when they investigated the employee motivation by using a happiness index, that these two stores were; one was in the top 10 while the other was in the bottom 5. The idea was to compare the results and then suggest ways to improve the motivation of the one which performed worse in the happiness index.

The thing now is that i think from the previous title "Using non-monetary ways of motivation..." does not really fit my questionnaire, as they all really fit into Herzbergs theory.

so what do you all think?
