Katarinam14
How does watering the plants (Tulipa pulchella, cactus mammillaria and Poa pratensis) with different amounts of water affect their growth? If there isn’t enough water in a plant, then the nutrients it needs would not be able to travel through the plant, therefore the plant will lack materials for growth and will not be able to grow as fast as it would have if it had enough water. Please tell me if this is focused enough Reply
Hedron123
I don't think the research question is appropriate. The effect of watering plants has been studied a lot and it is not something original. In the guidelines of the IB one of the points is: "Other topics may be unsuitable because the outcome is already well known and documented in standard textbooks." If you are still interested in doing something with Plants or so, send me a private message and I can give you some ideas. Don't panic though, you have time to choose your topic. Regards.
