Which stats test should I use for this IA?

Hi,

Sounds like a fun lab!! there are a wide range of different stats tests available, however there are simple ways to narrow them down to the one that you want, or sometimes, ways to manipulate your data/ method to better fit the requirements of a simpler or more accurate stats test. My personal favourite test is the binomial, as it is really simple, and will give a quick, simple result with a very small sample size. unfortunately it requires a set of yes/no responses to a test to work. So assuming that your data is a set of measurements, it is likely that a 2 sample paired t-test would fit the experiment, however you will need to check that your data fits the parameters of this test.
