C2H2 to O2 is a 2:5 ratio

Therefore 20cm3 of C2H2 reacts with 50cm3 of O2.

According to the question, you have 500cm3 of O2, so that makes C2H2 the limiting reactant. The O2 is the excess reactant (there will be 450cm3 of O2 remaining). 

By the way, there is no need to convert to moles because all the reactants are in the gaseous state.
