Well, it depends on where you want to go, but in general, it looks like a good choice. Check with any universities you may be interested in attending but, from what I know, Chemistry and Biology HL are logical choices. Just make sure you're not restricting yourself in case you end up deciding you don't want to study medicine.

To be honest no one can truly tell you exactly what subjects you should choose for IT.

Here are requirements for Computing from a British university:

https://www.imperial.ac.uk/study/ug/courses/computing-department/computing/ They ask for Maths HL and a science at HL, with 39-41 points. This, however, varies from country to country, or from university to university.

For medicine HL chemistry and biology are a safe bet, as that's what most of the universities are going to require since a med student needs quite a lot of knowledge in these two sciences. Then again, this is also different for different unis - Cambridge wants HL chem and at least any other science/maths at HL, where as Sussex wants you to do both Biology and Chemistry HL.

You should see what subjects you're best at, and which subjects leave the most door open in the future. Try to narrow your path down, since IT and medicine are apart in terms of subject choices (HL maths vs Chemistry and Bio). By deciding a bit early what you want to do in the future you can save yourself some hassle and unnecessary stress that might come when you choose subjects you won't be passionate about or simply will find too difficult.

For medicine HL Chem and Bio are a great choice, that's what almost every med student studies in IB. For IT/Computing it should be HL maths and one other science.

tl;dl Try to figure out what you're passionate about and choose your subjects accordingly. You might also want to call the unis you'd like to apply to in order to find out the entry requirements (or check their websites).
