Like I mean, if I were to do an IA on Kinetics (does temperature increase reaction rate), it would be super easy and I would probably get a lower mark on it, since its so easy. Alex98 Posted December 7, 2015 Report Share Posted December 7, 2015 I was going to do that as my IA but like you said its super easy and it's already outlined in the syllabus. Our teacher said that we shouldn't use material/required experiments from the syllabus unless you can make it really different. For some ideas though you could look into extraction of materials or titration. Another idea, if you really want to do kinetics, is to find out which elements in the periodic table react the quickest, and with specifically those elements compare some factors. Maybe how an enzyme can speed up a reaction with regards to that element? Although the information could be found online, you could see if your results match what is commonly believed.
