turtle turtle Posted October 4, 2015 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 Hi, In a country that is in bad poverty, would food (agricultural commodities e.g. apples) have positive consumption externalities? Because many people wouldn't have access to any food, if they consumed food, wouldn't productivity increase, disease prevalence decrease etc... having positive spillover benefits to society?
