Can good presentation (Method, evaluation etc.) make up for messed up data?

Hello,

I have to work on my Physics Individual Investigation, and I chose to measure the specific heat capacity of sugar solutions with respect to the density of sugar solution. However, my data look a bit bad  and they're definitely not in accordance to the scientific data I've found in studies. Can however a solid presentation of the method, evaluation of results, good introduction and conclusion and decent presentation of data and calculations make up for the messy results?

Thanks
