German Universities

NO, it depends on the uni. Most public unis offer courses only in German. Exception can be made for private unis. Generally, you have to pass a German test ( Testdaf / goethe C1/ DSH ) to prove your German proficiency. They are really hard :( Your German must reach C1 level.

Do I need to know German to be able to study at a german uni? The courses will be in english right?

It actually depends on the uni and the course itself too actually. Even if you do find a course in English, you might have to learn German aside from your studies. I advise you to check out different university websites and see what course structure is most suitable for you. Good luck!
