57X Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 Hi all, I'm just curious about how our TOK grade will be assigned in 2015, because I've been told that this year it is different from the previous ones? So instead of the mark being out of 60, where 20 is the presentation and 40 is the essay, it's been reduced to 10 for presentation and 20 for essay. Does that mean the old level boundaries still works, by simply doubling our marks to fit into the boundary? Also, just to clarify, is our TOK essay is externally moderated just like our EE? So that would mean the grade our TOK teacher gave us for our essay has little to no influence on the actual mark assigned by the IB moderators?
