IBdubai
Hello, i take physics SL, English A1 SL, Maths SL, Chemistry HL, Business HL, Arabic B HL, i was wondering if you could tell me the possible courses i can take in university with these subjects, i was sort of thinking of taking business as a course in university, but it seems very light considering what the good grades that i get, and i could take it anyways later. Thank you in advance Reply
ShootingStar16
If you like business then go for it. I'm going into arts and it only requires mid-80s averages at most. Depending on the university you're going into, I think your courses are good for sciences and engineering. Every university is different. Which university are you planning on going to? 1 Reply
IBdubai
That's the thing, i don't know what university i am going to, which is why i have to pick a field of study to start choosing which universities to go to, but if i had to pick, i would choose universities in America and in the UK Reply
Sofia.
What are your interests? Go from there to decide what you would like to study. For UK courses, you can search for them on this website and also find general information on studying in the UK: http://www.ucas.com/how-it-all-works/international 1 Reply
Emmi
In the US at many universities you can enter as an "undeclared" applicant, where you apply to the university but you don't declare a major (area of study). You usually are given an academic adviser who helps you decide on an area of study by having you take a variety of courses in different areas, and you typically have until the end of your second year to decide on a major. If you know a particular area you want to major in, but not the specific course, you can often apply to the college within the university as an undeclared major in that college (such as engineering - undecided, business - undecided, etc). 2 Reply
