IB choices?

Hi all,

I am currently going GCSEs, and my exams are going to be in May 2014.

Due to this, I have to choose my IB choices soon.

I was wondering that is it logical to take IB Art (as creative major) even though I took Product Design in Gsces? :artist:

I actually want to take something on these creative lines for my university and career.

If anyone who did this- could u please tell me how it went and if its possible and okay to do this?

Thank you ever so much! :julie::clap:

Yes, I think that it's absolutely fine. IB art is fairly open and you can probably involve product design into your artwork if you wanted. I don't think that IB art really requires prior art courses, as long as you work hard and show that your work has depth (your art teacher will explain what you need to do anyways). And yes, if you want to later go into doing something like fine arts at university, you will need art. I'm doing IB art and I can tell you that you can do well by keeping motivated and really showing off your interest in the subject! Good luck!
