IB grades needed for Lund University

I am planing to apply for the mathematics course that is offered in English. So can somebody tell me what are the entry requirements for the ib diploma. I searched everywhere and can't find this info

Since it is a Swedish University, they don't have any special requirements for the IB students.

Instead, the IB grades are transformed into certain points, such as the national Swedish grades are.

However, there are certain requirements for all students applying.

Different IB courses are transformed into the Swedish courses.

So, for example Maths SL is Maths 5 in the Swedish system.
