It explains that prices for tomatos have risen, but it does not attribute this to any particular cause, which makes it hard to determine whether this is good or bad, and therefore impossible to determine whether it would be beneficial to have the government intervene in this situation. Also, Consumption of Tomatos does not have any external effects, hence you cannot attempt to base your article on the existance of any externalities.Further, the article contains a lot of, for you, unneccesary information such as an increase in inflation.I would suggest that you find an article with a decision from some party (most likely the government, or perhaps a producer in some market structure) that you can take a stand for or against.
