It allows you to discuss a lot on Market Failure (the external costs; air pollution) and how these affect the population. The source of the pollution is also clearly identified in the article which enables you to talk about certain measurements such as taxes etc in order to eliminate the pollution itself. Make sure that you shortly summarise the article in the introduction and that you clearly define your economic terms.
