You don't have a lot of words to actually present information in your IA, so if it doesn't really fit your question don't include it. If you have a section on women's rights/birth control as it relates to minority women in your IA perhaps put a sentence or two in there, but don't spend 200 words on it if it's not necessary since it will just eat up your word count.
