awebb Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 I am lost in my data and can't figure out what statistical tests to run. I exposed plants to five different wattages of light over 15 minutes. I have a measurement for each minute, and I did five trials for each wattage so my data table for each wattage is five trials by 15 minutes. If I take an average of each minute, I can compare by wattage for rate of photosynthesis. What other statistical tests could I run with this data?
