Ahmmanji
Hello everyone I just need to know how is the format of my oral should be? I mean what should say in the introduction? and what should come next? My teacher gave me about 6 or 7 ways that are completely different to each other and couldn't figure which one is the most suitable to use. Can anyone please give me the format? like: Introduction : the extract, author, audience for 2-3 min 4-6 min the themes and so on Thanks in advance Reply
vickylebreton
well i'm just preparing my oral for German-A2 in the introduction you should say: - Self presentation - Title of the book the extract come from - Author - Audience - Period in about 1-2.5 minutes then you have to explain about - where the fragment take place in the history. - theme - narrator - characters - internal and external structure - rhetoricall devices - the effect on the reader in about 5-8 minutes by the conclusion you have to do - a summary - check if your analysis was correct - say it was in about 2-3 minutes Don't forget that this is an critical analysis, keep yourself calmed down, don't worry about the questions the examinor is going to ask you, you know your topic. Also don't forget is a conversation, not a speech. I hope it's helpful to you _____________________ GIB Exams on May 2012 Spanish (A1) HL German (A2) HL Biology (German) HL History (German) SL Maths (Spanish) SL English (B) SL If confusion is the first step to knowledge...
