Im doing the comparison between a natural fungicide made by the extract of Aloe Vera and an artificial fungicide in the production of CO2 by yeast in an aquatic solution (Distilled Water). The general setup of the practical will be done based on the photosynthesis practical, measuring in an upside down burette with water the amount of water displaced from the burette which will mean the quantity of CO2 produced. My question is, what is the optimal temperature, pH and sugar quantities that i should put in the aquatic solution with the yeast for optimal production of CO2 by yeast? any doubts dont hesitate on asking. thanks Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
