Coll
Hey Everyone,So I've been looking up universities; mostly I've been focusing on going to the known uni systems but I came across a few universities offering the liberal arts education. Its seems to make a very diverse and wholesome individual who is capable of handling a lot (Like IB).So my question is, do you think that it's better or worth it to go to a liberal arts university rather than one which isn't? Is it worth the time and money? And is one equipped better for changing circumstances and life in general? Edited April 9, 2011 by Coll Reply
timtamboy63
Well that depends, do you know what you want to do in the future? If you want to say, definitely be an engineering, the Liberal Arts will probably be a waste. If you arent sure what you want to do, go for Liberal Arts Reply
Forester
liberal arts education is truly for those who have a thirst for knowledge. if you are practical, i doubt you will like it. Reply
Guest Red XII
Liberal arts is well worth it if you're not entirely set on your career plans, because it basically makes you more prepared for any career by teaching you useful knowledge and expanding your critical thinking and other essential skills.
