Oskar Birol
Hello guys. I was just talking with my friend about universities of economics. At least compared to a Swedish economical course (pre-uni), IB is so much more thorough. Come to think of it, it's just ridiculous. Anyways, basically I'm curious if an economical university course in England will start from the very beginning of economics. I talked to some from stockholm's school of economics and they hadn't done more in 1 year than I have after 1 year of IB economics. Reply
Award Winning Boss
Usually because Economics is not a required subject. It's just the maths that becomes more difficult. Then once you progress more you'll be past your IB knowledge of economics. That's why IB economics may seem more thorough than first year economics at university. I don't think the introductory stage lasts very long. Reply
