Taking care of a pet counts as CAS?

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately not. You must have a supervisor for it and teacher must approve that it is within the CAS requirements. If you would like to stick with the animal themes, creating artwork/advocating for animal cruelty could be part of creativity and service. This would honestly be really good for not only CAS but for university resumes. CAS genuinely is about learning something new and teachers will be impressed with something special. For service, creating a CCA advocating for a local issue would be really good (e.g beach cleanups, advocating for animal cruelty, volunteering at dog shelters). Have a think and see what you think fits you the most.
