stormchaser
So I left this until the last moment and I really should have a vague plan ready by now but it is what it is. Anyways, so I've decided to do my essay about Tolkien (language A1) but I'm struggling to narrow it down to a book or a topic, let alone a research question. Any help? Here are my thoughts so far: 1. Something about Gollum - villain vs hero type of stuff - but I'm sure it's overdone by now 2. Something along the lines of "who's the real hero" and compare Frodo, Sam, maybe some other characters - but again I'm sure it's been done a lot 3. Compare Bilbo and Frodo's journeys?? Not too keen on the idea but still 4. Maybe something to do with Beren and Luthien, but I haven't actually read the book yet because I got it yesterday. I know the story though so that's good. I like this idea a lot so if anyone has any suggestions on what topic I should do within this book I'd be super grateful 5. As a last resort, maybe something to do with good and evil in any of the books, but it's a pretty broad topic If you have any ideas whatsoever please help me, ya boi is dying over here this is due tomorrow, I'm so done Reply
