I want to do a hands-on (primary) experiment regarding the topic, "disease", but know that it will be difficult with the resources I currently have in school. I am really interested in investigating on diseases, and believe that writing the extended essay based on secondary research would be easier and better, but I read a few comments on how it tends to not receive high grades compared to the ones that are hands-on. Are there any recommended Biology EE topics that could perhaps relate to diseases, or anything I could perhaps test on people (classmates, family, teachers, etc.)?
