I am currently writing my Extended Essay in History and I know there is the requirement that it is 10 years in the past. But am I allowed to include how the event I am talking about has impacted the future? I am currently writing about the open drug scenes in Switzerland that happened in the late 90s, so 10 years in the past. But I wanted to include how the measurement included have changed Switzerland's drug use, but I am unsure if I am allowed to do that? Does anyone have experience with this and could help? Thank you!!
