Hang Posted February 26, 2021 Report Share Posted February 26, 2021 I am currently in the "finding topics" portion of my Extended Essay, and I wanted to write about how effective the Electric Vehicle Rebate in California has been in reducing the negative externality associated with driving gasoline-based cars. However, the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project, which gives out these rebates, was formed through the Assembly Bill 118 that was signed in October 2007.
