Focus on just one area/thing, as my own psych teacher and EE supervisor advised me, as you might end up going over the max no. of words having to explain and refer to both throughout the EE, which they said tends to happen. It's best to keep things specific, so clarify what type of eating disorder, too (and maybe what students? Highschool or university?). The other one sounds too vague. What is "new media treatment" exactly? Lack of different body type representation in media/entertainment industry? Social media? I think the first one's fine. Another idea you can do is maybe if there's a correlation between how much time people/teenage girls spend on social media (or watching movies/tv shows) and body image issues.
