Dunlop
Hey! I'm about to start research for my IA, and I've done a little bit so far, but I think I decided on this as my question: To what extent did Belgian colonization of Rwanda lead to tensions through Hutu subjugation and ultimately contribute to the Rwandan genocide? I wanted to talk about how when Belgium took over in 1918, they allowed the Tutsis to practice control over the Hutus, causing the class divide/tensions to deepen. Is this good? Does it need to be more specific? Reply
