neil072
Hi, I'm trying to decide on an Economics EE topic and namely around analyzing the most fitting market structure for an industry, for which I've been using this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0j4_Jo3fMQ My main question is if I want to analyze the market structure of my local real estate market, is that too broad? Because obviously there's the buying and selling of homes, the developers who buy land, lenders, banks, etc. So with the EE in mind, is my best bet to broadly discuss all of these elements of the RE market or to focus on the financing, housing markets, etc more specifically? Thanks! Reply
