I decided to pursue chemistry as my subject and I have a solid topic in mind, but it's not wide enough. I'm going to investigate differents cuts of meat of different ages and I'll compare the values of protein and fats in each. What can I do else? And how can I make this a proper topic? What experiments can I execute? If you're not allowed to help me, just tell me how I can find the experiment needed... Thank you in advance.
