Execution of schizophrenic people who were murderers

Hi guys, im doing my Tok presentation based on the execution of schizophrenic people who were murderers( in pakistan )

and would like to elaborate on this, like to what extent is it appropriate to execute people who are suffering from schizophrenia.

side note-the Supreme Court in Pakistan states that schizophrenia is not a mental disorder and hence have put many people on the death row who are suffering from schizophrenia.

Im struggling on forming my KQ and understanding which AOK's and WOK's would go with this, It would mean a lot if someone could help me forming my kq and choosing the aoks and woks
