However, if you test it on your friends, then they will have to fill in a consent sheet (to show that your experiment is not putting them under pressure and is ethically correct). Also, avoid making people who usually don't drink coffee do so. The consent form should state that the participant is ok doing the experiment and has the right to stop at any moment.
