I really, really need to know if my extended essay topic is even worthy of investigation and if i'll even find the information. I'm struggling and was hoping maybe it was because I didn't know where to look. Topic: Female’s background and how it affects their response to menstrual pain. “The effects of the menstrual cycle on human behavior is surprisingly strong. And they way we respond to it is affected by the culture we were brought up in” How does young girls’ upbringing affect their response to menstrual pain and discomfort during menstruation? To what extent does a young girl’s upbringing affect their response to menstrual pain and discomfort during menstruation? My supervisor told me to take the SCLOA approach because Initially I told him I just wanted to investigate menstrual pain and how this affects our behavior and hinders our ability to lead a normal day.
