ibstudent1999
Hi, I have been unsure about my research question for weeks, and I keep on rethinking everything. I have decided to write about Nazi Propaganda, and my research question as of now is "to what extent was nazi propaganda effective in maintaining the compliance of the German Citizens from 1939-1945." For my categories I was planning on writing about Anti-semistic propaganda, Nationalism propaganda, Purity of race propaganda, and "admiration" of Hitler propaganda. I mentioned this to my mentor and he said that I should refine it because it may be difficult to quantify (which I agree with). I'm just wondering how am I supposed to refine my question? Are there any other questions I could go for that would have more quantifiable answers? Thank you (sorry to be a bother) Edited August 27, 2015 by ibstudent1999 Reply
ShootingStar16
How about focusing on the type of propaganda? Is there one that played a particularly important role in maintaining the compliance of German citizens? 1 Reply
ibstudent1999
I have been considering 1. To what extent was anti-semitism a deep root connected to other aspects of Nazi Propaganda and to what effect?2. How did Nazi Propaganda render the German citizens to be compliant in the Second World War? Are any of these questions ok? Reply
