All that suffering in my secondary school would have allowed me to write

more than that, but I restrained myself.

Anyway, thanks for reading it although it's so long(if you read it lol)

I'm not sure I agree with your statement that 'a lot of people look down on people with scores lower than 36'... I'd say that the number would be closer to 34. I mean, most reasonable people I know (including those who are predicted/achieved 40+) would consider 34+ to be respectable. Most 'good' universities ask for at least that score, or above.

 

Anything under 34 does limit your chances of getting into a 'good' uni (in the UK at least). But of course it depends on the person's expectations. Some people won't accept anything under 35, while others would be thrilled with a 28 or 30.
