You just eat the beans instead (Chocolate covered espresso beans are amazing) You know you're in IB when you either sleep 3 hours a night or pass out for 16. You know you're in IB when you use your planner religiously and have a break down when it's missing You know you're in IB when you have a scheduled weekly breakdown (Monday 8:15, and on special weeks Wednesday too!)
