I have a new HL Biology teacher who has never taught IB before and isn't quite helpful. I'm trying to find a good topic to create a research question from and I originally came up with: What is the affect of different sugars in solutions of the same concentration on the diffusion of water? but my teacher says I need to find an application to the real world or something like a purpose of sorts. I haven't been able to find one. Any ideas? I'm most likely going to abandon this question if I can't find an application soon because the rough draft is due in two weeks. So my IOP is soon and I really want to do a creative one on Martin Luther King Jr. I was thinking to write a speech based on his style, but i don't know what about. I feel that Marriage Equality is overdone and starting to be solved. If you have any Ideas for a speech topic or another idea for a creative MLK idea pls let me know! Thanks! Is gender equality too feminist for MLK style? I was thinking maybe that, i don't know! I am freaking out!

Hi there, we need to come up with biology IA topics really quickly and haven't been given much notice or guidance. I would quite like to do something based on animals but obviously you can't do any experimental work for this. Is there any way I could still do my IA on animals for example a simulation or database based project? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

hi guys, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if people had comments/suggestions/ideas etc. about writing a geo EE on migration. I am most fascinated with EU migration (central mediterranean route, but also inter-EU migration), but am not sure how 1. I will obtain primary data 2. if this would be a viable topic as I feel like I would just be recounting already known statistics.. I feel like this would be edging very close to a Human Rights EE, what do you think? (and if so, how could I make it more spatially orientated?) thank you so much!
