Hello! I was interested in doing an IA around zero waste fashion designing like Yuima Nakazato's work, and looked into non-euclidean geometry and developable surfaces but all of them seemed to be beyond my course. Is there any topics I can explore related to fashion design that encompasses perhaps tangent lines to curves or standard euclidean geometry? Also I was watching a lecture and it was talking about flexibility? Perhaps I could also use that but I wasn't very sure of the concept. I hope someone can help!

Hey so I have a question. If lets say I do my IA in biology and follow an experiment that has been done before but I change a few things to make it my own? e.g the effect of temperature on seed germination but instead of copying the exact temperature conditions, I come up with my own. Is it plagiarism? Do you have to come up with your own experiment?I'm freaking out

I started the IB almost three months ago and I chose from the beginning to do maths SL. Now I regret that decision so much. I really wish I could switch from maths SL to HL but is it actually possible? I read that once you have started with Marhs SL you cant upgrade to HL but I haven’t asked to the IB coordinator yet. My Maths teacher thinks it wouldn’t be a problem for me to switch to HL and I really want it because I feel like I’m not using my full potential and I’m so frustrated. so for the past 2 years I didnt do maths homework, understand class and now theres only 3 weeks till finals...I regret not dropping to studies now but its too late for that...I've been predicted to pass all my other subjects but a low 2 for maths sl...I just don't want to get a 1 for maths (i.e. fail the diploma), is there any topics that I really need to learn before finals?
