I am doing an interview with one client next week, but I couldn't decide the questions to bring out the client requirements or specifications, and problem statement. What could be some general questions to bring out the specifications like 'What is the most important thing to consider with designing this product'?

Hello everyone! I have a project about developing a 3D game but I only can do programming part of it. So I need to work with a designer which can use a program like Maya to design objects and also Unreal Engine 4. Designer should be able to make explosions, objects, materials (F.I. wood), humans ( with different clothes and faces), damaged objects ( like a damaged building maybe) and also animations like walking, jumping, exploding objects, death and damage animations. Knowing basics about blueprint system in Unreal Engine 4 will also be beneficial, knowing game functions are not that imp

H E L P ! It’s September and I want to change my subject from group 5. My subjects now are: English A (HL) Spanish B (SL) History (HL) Math (SL) Physics (SL) Visual Arts (HL) Physics SL was in case I wanted to go for architecture in the future, but after 2 weeks of lessons I regret choosing it. My other options for Group 5 are now Biology and Computer Science, I love Biology but I don’t think it will be useful for me in the future as a Designer and I am not an expert with computers. What should I do? PLEASE HELP

Hey there, I have a question regarding Math HL. I want to do game design in college, but I find Math HL to be too tough. I'm considering switching to Math SL. Would this in any way put me to a disadvantage? I prefer getting a 6 or 7 in Math SL, to getting a 3 or 4 in Math HL. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

So I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the specimen papers for the 2016 specification. I've found the biology one but can't seem to find the one for D&T. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi guys, I need help with something... I've been able to find other specimen papers but I can't seem to find the D&T specimen one. If any of you have it, could you possibly send it to me or tell me how to find it? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm currently staring my IA for my SL Math IB class. I have to choose my Topic by this week and im so lost. I would prefer to do something with design, but I don't know how to apply it in a Math IA. If someone could help me, giving some ideas or anything I will really appreciate. Thanks

Hello! I am currently starting my EE and am having trouble deciding whether my topic choice for Math is too broad and/or does not have a real world application that could be fit into an EE. My research question so far is "How can the golden ratio be applied to website design?" Although, I am thinking about choosing a different area of design to apply the golden ratio to (i.e. logos), or forgoing a different area to apply the golden ratio to such as photography or art. It is all a bit overwhelming currently, and I am looking to see if the direction I am heading to is a good start for my math EE

Hello, I have to design an Enzymes IA D DCP CE. Right now I am planning my method, and I don't know what is a good and simple method for digestion. My enzyme is lactase, and I will use 100mm3 of lactose (probably milk) substrate concentration. I have no sample Enzymes Design IA so if someone could inform me about the methods you use for an enzymes IA I will be very grateful. Thank you so much!!

Hello I'm in the midst of constructing a design lab for my HL class however, I'm sort of unsure on how to go about writing it. The topic is factors affecting heart rate or factors affecting blood pressure. If I find a good factor for one of them, then I'd make my decision if I want to do heart rate or blood pressure. So far I have only considered factors affecting heart rate right now. I think I want to do a lab that addresses the factor of diet or exercise. However, what aspect would I specifically test? This is the part that gives me confusion. I sort of unsure on how to design a la

Hey all, I have to come up with a design (experiment) for chemistry, related to galvanic cells/voiltaic cells. This is one of our last labs and Id really appreciate if someone could help me:/ considering I have done poorly in all my other labs . Could anyone suggest an Idea for a design; i have no idea what to do it would laos be nice if someone could look over my work once its done perhaps? the specific assignment is: Design an experiment investigating a factor that affects voltaic cells (galvanic cells)... Thanks already

Hey! So I'm writing a design lab in which I'm testing surface area and rate of reaction. What units would I write down for that? I know for the dependent variable it's seconds, what about the independent?

So, I had to investigate one aspect of a fruit battery. I decided to check if there is a relationship between the voltage and distance between electrodes. As I later read - distance between electrodes does not influence the voltage of the battery. Can such a lab be well assesed? If there is no relatioship between two variables? My research question is 'is there a relationship between the voltage and distance of electrodes', hypothesis 'distance does not influence the voltage' and i proved in my lab that the voltage of a fruit battery (lemon) is constant. Can my best fit line be horizontal?

Hi, I'm applying to California College of the Arts and the deadline is this week! I don't know how to approach their application essay honestly. I'm majoring in Industrial Design. This is what the essay has to include: A one to two-page essay must accompany your application. Your essay should address the major influences on your decision to pursue art, architecture, design, or writing. It should also address how you see yourself contributing to the CCA community, specifically with respect to the college's values, summarized below: CCA understands the import role of artists, designers, architec

Hi everyone, I am having trouble defining the variables for my design lab. My idea was to oxidize and unknown alcohol and then use the IR spectrum to determine the identity of the ketone and therefore the alcohol. I'm not changing any temperatures or concentrations so I'm not sure how to define the variables. Could anyone help me? Thanks

Hello all, I have to do a design lab on chemistry with dependent variable the strength of an acid. can you help me find a independent one and, if you can, some controlled variables? Any help appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Hi. I am going to have to design an experiment on chemical bonding (topic 4 and 14). I have already looked up on the Internet but all the experiments didn't seem very good. These are some I found: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZW_6Ev0AXc http://www.esciencelabs.com/files/product_pdfs/Sample_Lab_Ionic_and_Covalent_Bonds_1.pdf The first one allows for a somewhat good DCP and CE, but I have serious doubts that my school lab has a conductivity meter. The second one seems too basic. Still, I would like to have a look at other alternatives. Does anyone know anything about other experiments that ca
