Apologies for the repetitive questions, I'm a bit stressed. I've chosen Psychology for next year because Design's mostly seen as a soft subject for UK unis. I really want to switch thought because Design was also my original choice, I'm just a bit worried about my grades as I'm really not good at memorisation (absolutely terrible). The reason I chose Psych over Design was also because it has a lot of resources online that could maybe help me with the memorisation while I can barely find anything for Design Tech. Would you guys recommend me to stay in Psych or switch?

Hi, I'm about to choose my IB subjects and I feel like I need some help. It's really hard... Can someone write about Computer Science and Design Technology? Is it intresting for you, is it hard? Does the studying and homework take a lot of time? Also, is Chemistry HL really that hard? I heard terrible stuff about it, but I think I'll still choose it. What are the easiest subjects in IB? I have design technology as a higher subject and because i like it so much i decided to do my extended essay on it,after choosing my topic and my question and writing an early draft i was told that my topic would yield low marks. my topic was centered around how CAD (computer assisted design) has helped reduce the amount of raw plastic being used in production and how that affected both the environment and benefitted businesses, but it turns out that primary research on the topic is very limited and a high school student wouldn't be able to get good resources for such topic,and from what i saw

I am in summer holidays approaching Year 13 now and I really want to grab the time to prepare for next year. I am at a 37 now and I really want to get a 40 or above. Does any one have tips on how to get a 7 in the following subjects that I take? Especially Film and Global Politics! i take: HL global politics HL film HL chinese language & literature SL english literature SL maths SL design technology i have both HL & SL papers for some of them. i am contemplating whether to keep SL papers when I do HL; & if I should keep my HL papers when I do SL... i know for some subjects the assessments are very similar or even same in HL & SL. sooo plz provide me your valuable opinions! thx

Hey everyone, I am having trouble choosing a sixth subject for my IB course. I plan to study in the United States and my main points of interests are business/economics and computer science. How do you feel about DT this year? P1 was really difficult, so many questions with 2 or 3 possible answers. I have no idea what will get, it can be 3 or 7 if you ask me. The last set of questions about the can opener were so confusing that i did almost all of them by pure luck. P2 is always a mystery for me. Seriously, when i look at the markschemes it always turns out that the correct answer is extremely stupid and simple that i would never think of it.
