Would the Bilingual IB Diploma be much of an advantage in Top University Admissions? I'm moving to a new school with IB as their curriculum so I'm rather unfamiliar with this. I'm half French so I know how to use French for daily conversations. I would be taking English Lang Lit and the other language being either Spanish or French. My teacher is yet to decide if I'm capable of French A. If I choose Spanish, I'd have to take it as Spanish Ab Initio. I want to study a new language as I'm somewhat familiar with French, thus I wanted to choose Spanish (Ab Initio), but the Bil
Hi guys! I'm a Grade 10, and I'll be going to the DP next year. I'm currently taking Language A Mandarin and Language B Spanish, but even though I am Taiwanese, I have never studied in Taiwan, therefore, my mandarin level is lower than the other 2 Chinese students in my class. My parents want me to keep taking Mandarin A but I'm afraid that if I keep taking it in DP, my score will be really low and I can't convince them to let me drop it.. So do you guys have any advice? :(

Heya! I'm currently doing two classes at A1/A level (English and french), and I was wondering if people who've graduated with bilingual diplomas find it worth it? Juggling two sets of commentaries and IOCs can be really time consuming and straight out difficult, so I've started asking myself if I should continue with both or not. Do universities like seeing Bilingual diplomas to the point where it's a huge plus? Just looking for some thoughts and opinions on the matter. Thanks!
