Hi! I’m currently searching for some topics for language B (in my case, English B HL) extended essay. And I thought I found my one: doing a cat.2 (probably) about the musical Hamilton, which is my favourite musical ever. For analysis, I though about songs Alexander Hamilton, My Shot and Who lives, Who Dies , Who Tells Your Story. As far as I’m concerned, the last song I mentioned is clean, but in Alexander Hamilton the words such as b*stard and w*ore are used, and in My Shot sh*t. Is there any rule that there can be no swearings in the language B extended essay? I seriously love the topic

Hey guys, so I was wondering if someone could go through my French B SL Written Assignment and tell me what they would probably give me like Level-wise. I'm kind of stressing out about it because I really want to shoot for the upper band of a higher level but I don't want the assignment to hold me back or what not. I understand it's well past the due date and I can't change anything, but just to give myself that assurance. So, it looks like my Spanish teacher has no idea what they're doing, and neither do I. For the written assignment (trabajo escrito/tarea escrita?) I just recently learned from a friend that they can only be on core topics. Could someone please tell me what the core topics are and perhaps give some acceptable examples, please? Thanks so much!

Hey guys! I am pretty sure 24 hours are up. I dont really know how many people even do hindi as their Language B option and whethere many do it SL. Because thats what I did. It was my one an only exam in may as the rest are in November. Just wondering how everyone went? I think I did good in Paper 1 but most of paper 2 was a blur and I didnt understand most options! How did people go in hindi (Lang A, B, HL or SL) ? Also, does anyone know if many any non-indian background students/non-fluent speakers take Hindi as a subject?
