I thought maybe it would be good to know some oxford applicants' application process. Apparently, all of the oxford applicants are waiting for invitations of interview (or maybe you have gotten one). I am applying for EP and still have not heard anything yet... Kinda worried... Did anyone hear anything??

I am applying for psychology in Oxford, UCL, University of York, Edinburgh and St.andrew. It is so surprising that York has just given a conditional offer today. so fast.

1. There are five principles for biological level of analysis. Since it has stated "principleS", you must answer more than one principle. My suggestion is "animals can be used to investigate behavior and generalize to human beings" and " Behaviour can be inherited". Then you need to explain the principles and use relevant studies to support. 2. In the 1st paragraph, define the term" localiztion of function" first and state the name of the study which support the idea of localization of function. I suggest HM study(himppocampus). Then, in the 2nd paragragh, outline the study by stating the aim,

it is better to have a specific research question as what my psychology teacher has said. maybe you can narrow down your research question by only analysing and evaluating the etiology from one perspective, such as socio-cultural factors. good luck

As I know, there is a programme called International Business provided by Jonköpping University. Umea University also provides it. But they are not exactly Economics.

I am doing my IA type 2 concerning about the G force. What does it mean by the parameters? The instruction states , "on a new set of axes, draw your model function and the original data points. comment on any differences. revise your model if necessary discuss the implications of your model in terms of G forces acting on the human being" What does it mean? I am very confused! help!

I am interested in applying Experimantal Psychology in Oxford. The thing that is bothering me is I have chinese A1 as a self-taught subject. In other words, my school is unable to give me a predicted grade on this subject... Will this lower the chance of getting an interview chance?
