Hey guys,
I am 5 months into the IBDP and for my Extended Essay I have chosen to research the question "How can trigonometric ratios be used to determine the optimum window placement for there to be maximum natural light efficiency in a house?" which at some point would require me to talk about the refractive index and how sun rays are refracted/reflected in glass window panes. My Extended Essay is in the subject Math AA HL. At the same time, for my Physics IA I am thinking of investigating the refractive index of water and how it changes in a concentrated water-glucose solution.
