This past summer I had to move to a new school due to the effects that COVID-19 had on my family, and I am trying to complete all of my requirements completely virtual with new teachers. I recently submitted my HOTA IA rough draft for review and on Part B I was scored a 6/15 due to not having an evaluation of perspectives. My topic focuses on how the progressive movements helped the women's suffrage movement so I used the anti-suffragist movement as a differing perspective. Can someone with an understanding of the IA please explain what this part of the rubric is looking for
