I was wondering if I could "recycle" an IA research question, but make my own investigation. Is it permitted? Should "Company X" change its motivation techniques to increase the productivity of their staff? That was the question I found online, and I wanted to use it, but of course, filling it with the company I´m investigating.

I need to know if my question is suitable for the Extended Essay. To what extent will IKEA opening stores in Mexico be a successful decision?

I have just started the second and final year of the program, but I have wasted last year and my summer, do you have any tips for studying and covering everything on one year?

What are the best books to study IB. I am currently using the Oxford books for all my subjects. Are these books enough?

I seriously consider my Biology SL classes useless to get prepared for the IB exams. My teacher is not following the IB material, and I feel like I am wasting my time here. I am in the last 2 months of my Junior year. My IB exams are going to be in May 2019, so I guess I still have time, but I am worried day and night. Can somebody give me some tips to study IB Biology on my own? How can I get prepared to get the 7?
