Hey! I want to study medicine at Oxford or somewhere else in the UK (I am May 2021). Although I know it will be extremely hard, I want to do my best in order to get into Oxford. So do you have any advice on what should be there in my Personal Statement to maximise my chances of getting in? Hello everyone, Does anyone here has a Bsc or Msc in psychology? I need help with my thesis topic, which has already been assigned to me. Guys, I am in a hurry. I was doing my application for IE University in Segovia to take a dual bachelor of Law and Business Administration, when I "stumbled" in the admission tests. They require either the IE Admission test or other as SAT, LNAT, CAS or ACT. The Cambridge Assessment Test (CAS) includes those Language tests like the First (FCE), the Advanced and the Proficiency, right? Because I have done my First (FCE) Exam and if it does count, then I must use it as I haven't done any of these. Could anyone who knows or has been confronted with these admission tests explain help me? If I am not able to upload my FCE result, then can you explain to me how can I do one…

I need some help on how I should write a college essay. I am an aspiring environmental engineer, but when I showed my brother my 1st draft, he said that it was way too "Descriptive" and had too much "Literary Elements", almost as if it was like an exaggerated story. My main question is whether I have to make my essay sound like what i want to study? Like do I have to make my essay sound "engineer-ish"? If you want, I can give you the essay to read it.

Hi, I'm applying to Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. In the online application form they require a so-called motivational letter to upload along with a resume or CV (both are accepted). My question is: what is meant by "motivational letter"? Are they requesting a sort of personal statement or a cover letter? How long should a letter of this type be? Should I refer to my life experiences, making it a little more personal, or should I stick with a formal, professional style? Thanks in advance to whoever is going to answer

Hi! I'm currently in the later stages of writing my personal statement for UCAS applications for Law. There are a lot of things which my tutor in school doesn't want me to include/wants me to change radically and I'm not too sure whether I should take on board absolutely all the advice which is given to me... However, I just wanted a second opinion from someone who has gone through the experience of writing personal statements and see what you think about my PS. Be warned that I am currently shifting the order of things a bit/my conclusion is far from finished etc. Thank you in advance!
